Take 3 points whatever the result, we need to get points on the board. Ideally a clean sheet but beggars can't be choosers. I'd happily take a point.

I cannot help thinking that this is not what the 'Anti-Pardew' brigade on here want.They want to see another abject defeat.

Southampton don't have a great scoring record this season but defensively they have done well.

In the short term we need some points - 4 or 6 from the next two games no matter how messy. After that a tighter defence and some clean sheets - against the top clubs we have to play - would be ideal.
Feel pretty sure this will not happen though!

0-0 would be such a great result that I might change my mind and vote for keeping Pardew.

Surely every fan wants AP to turn it around?

Any win for me will do & a clean sheet to go with it would be a bonus.
