Part time coach, and I still don't think he's got his badges.

As a matter of curiosity what badges do you have to have as a minimum to manager in the Premier?

Recently we've had a solid Championship manager take us up, an experienced tactician to put us on solid ground in the Premier League, a wiley veteran with a passion for the club to try and steer the ship away when everyone else wanted to jump overboard and finally a manager who, whilst in the year 2016 has been awful, at least proved to the global market that we can play decent football and reach finals.

I don't dispute we now need a new manager and that man needs to perhaps have a mix of characteristics of all the above but also improve but the bugger can be black, white, yellow, orange, blue or purple for all I care.

At absolutely no stage in the recruitment process should we think "oooh there's not many black ones yet, let's pander to a minority".

And yes, in my list above I did intentionally leave out the 'Greens', call me a racist but they get on my nerves.
