Not getting time at Chelsea and we need a holding midfielder.

Good shout ,if he's still got the hunger to play. I think we could do with a unit in midfield!

Him and Flamini can talk about how their enjoying their semi-retirement, whilst sitting on the bench and enjoying the odd reserves game.

Not sure we need another central midfielder.

Ledley, Mcarthur, Cabaye, Puncheon and Flamini should be enough.
Would much prefer to see Jonny Williams back at the club rather than bring someone else in on big wages.

It's exactly what we need; get rid of Flamini who seems to be done, get Mikel to break up plays and get the ball to Cabaye or Puncheon.

Mikel would be a good signing for us - he is a decent player who would protect the defence and has good distribution rather than just hoofing it.

Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that.

Jonny Williams....yes he's the answer (note my sarcasm).
Bones made of biscuits, falls over at first opportunity.
The sentimentality as fans is unreal, Calvin Andrew scored last week....lets have him back.

Steven Davis and Ward-Prowse - both know how to play through the middle of the pitch. All our midfielders are ok in their own way but can't play through the pitch. We have one favoured move. Keeper rolls to Delaney who has no options so chips it forward to Benteke who mostly loses it. Our midfield either don't know or are incapable of basic Premier league midfield play. When the play breaks up and is more spontaneous we have the skill in the team to exploit the space but we can't build sustainable pressure or close a game out because our midfield doesn't have the structure or confidence on the ball. Wtf were they playing the majority of the 2nd half down the left yesterday? Because the balance is wrong. Wilf v Alonso 1 on 1, he would do him most times or get a foul. Pardew was in Wilfs ear - not Cabayes like he should have been. A right footed left back and Punch is better through the middle and we kept going left - Kelly and zaha would have given them way more trouble.

People keep mentioning Johnny Williams but I've never seen him do anything to impress me! Enlighten me somebody? How's he doing in the Championship? MOTM regularly for Ipswich? I'd like to know! Looked like a hyped schoolboy on speed bouncing off every player he ran into last I watched. Like a tennis ball hitting a brick wall. Completely unimpressed.
