Because he cares. I imagine there was a certain Aussie in the midlands in the same kind of mood. Pards doesn't seem to like that quality in his players though.

Got into an argument last night saying what I keep on saying if JS had been in goal regularly for us he would have saved a lot (not all obviously) of these goals. Some of our loses would have been draws or wins. The goal keeper is the last port of call to stop a goal. I was laughed at but I stand by it 100%

Don't imagine Pards will be around to select him next weekend.

I suggest getting rid of woodman , getting Jules up on coaching keepers and the back 4

Better off putting Jules in goal. Dont think he is coach material as he struggled to command the area when in goal. Lovely fella but we need the best man for the job not sentimental appointments. Why we appointed Woodman is beyond me, another ex player but when he was at Newcastle they shipped goals for fun.

As I said in another thread, what sort of impression is he giving when he looks totally knackered and sweating buckets after the pre-match warm-up. I think all the back room staff need a shake up, there seems a problem with the fitness coach as well.

The standard of our keepers has dropped since George Wood was replaced by Woodman. Speroni, Macarthy, Hennesey and Mandana have all lost form since his arrival. GW was 62 years of age and looked fitter and more nimble.Woodman is just another one of Pardews hangers on who seems to bring little to the table.

I have upset myself looking at the table - on goal scoring fourth, on goal giving eighteenth. If only we could borrow a bus from somebody. Not sure why Hennessy got a yellow card - could I be told?
