Evening guys...I don't come on here to comment often but I regularly read the posts. After today I have to agree it is probably time we let pardew walk as I also don't see it changing, if I'm honest I never had faith in him from day one...ok every manager has some kind of honeymoon period abd his was of decent ilk but it was plain to see he is tactically clueless compared to most of the other managers in the league. For me he has literally seen the team outgrow him, on paper we have a very decent set of players..ok players like ward could be upgraded but as a whole we have a solid core. He is trying to change too much too soon and in the process he is ripping the soul from the team it is quite obvious to see in the players attitudes. Having said all of this I never want a manager to fail and feel we need to pull together to drive the team on and get a result against Southampton..confidence is the issue and it can be hard to carve it out but having the your fans turn on you as a manager and bunch of players is detrimental and we have to drive them on to get us out of this mess, we all have lost patience myself included but how about a more positive approach...come on guys and girls up the fooking palace...let's be loud and proud!!!
