I also noticed that. They were on their knees like at the end of just losing a cup final. It looked to me they were shocked at how they lost the game. It looked to me that they were showing that they have no idea how they are going to win playing the way they have been told to. The dressing room may well now have been lost. They're actually doing very well then aren't they, considering Pardew has informed them not to allow the opposition to give up and provide them a brilliant freekick opportunity for one of their players who just loves them and Ohh yes ..Pardew gave Cabaye real special information on how to stand on the far post and look an utter idiot when the ball got anywhere near him and how to allow the ball to creep past him and into the goal, but the best for me today was how Pardew managed to get the information over to both Wickham and Benteke to really f*** up each others attempt at an open goal! that for me was easily his best bit of managing today, I love you Pardew.. I really do.

He's also killed the spine of the side - like Jedi, as those f*** ups would have been much less likely with him in the side. That was the performance of a side who is hoping rather than having any definitive plan of action.

Went out this evening and came home expecting to see SSN headline of Pardew sacked ( or left by mutual consent). His time is up, defeats to Burnley and Swansea just aren't good enough and that coupled with his lame excuses has left me cold. How are the board going to feel in the next month or so when they are going to try to push next seasons season tickets. Do they really think they'll get many takers?

Interesting to read Phil Nevilles comments on the players letting Pardew down, some of which I agree with. But if Pardew has lost the team then this is understandable. Edited by Deabo2030 (27 Nov 2016 11.11am)
