I know that Kelly has his detractors on this site, but I think he's a decent player on his day. But surely everybody can see that he's getting stitched up with Pardew playing him at left back. He is not comfortable on that side, and it's been obvious for the last 6 games. So why is the manager sticking with him ? Ward has played there under Pulis and although it might not be his strongest position he can do a better job than Kelly. Put Kelly on the right, or play Fryers. If we'd had somebody more comfortable on their left foot there today we wouldn't have gifted them the first goal.

Thread title is an autocorrect, but somewhat apt !
