A few weeks ago I bought a ticket for the game against Liverpool from StevenCPFCmad, and after having paid, I've heard nothing from him. Tried contacting him a few times, but no response. Is there somebody who knows him/ could contact him?

Click on his username as the topic creator for the Liverpool Ticket thread (two below this one last I looked) and his email details are on there. He's long standing so hopefully not a problem. Hope that helps.

I bought a pair of 'unused season tickets' from him for the West Ham game. Paid by bank transfer in advance (as he insisted upon) but heard nothing after that. Repeated efforts to contact him were ignored, but have now messages him through Facebook. Be aware if offered tickets by him, however reliable he may have been previously, he's now scamming and fleecing fans.
