Moron, talk about an over reaction. Punch was probably our best player today

Sorry, but he wasn't. Be unfair to single out a player but his overall passing was terrible especially in the first half. He seems to have taken over from Soare in perpetually passing back. Has he been told to do that ... who knows?

Its not a matter of not turning up West Ham were better. IMO Cabaye should have started that apart it was our best available team the need of more quality defenders is plain to see two more injuries and we are in big trouble.

Disagree, don't think it was the defenders that was the problem yesterday. Thought our main players (Benteke/Townsend) had off days and the other midfielders / forward players also. Spam had our game plan sussed and we struggled to change our play to get around it. If the penalty had been scored I think we would have won it as Spam would have collapsed as they have been doing. Yes, Delaney's long punts are frustrating but his defending in recent games as well as yesterday have been as good as ever. We shall see soon if Dann and Tomkins are good enough to play together rather than with Delaney? If they can the passing out of defence may be better? It will still mean those in front of them need to play better than yesterday. It may be Leicester and Liverpool will not crowd out Townsend and Zaha as Wspam did and we will get a couple of results in our favour - we shall see?

We badly missed a creative spark through the middle yesterday. Something we've been missing for a long while. Yet again a team stop our wingers and we've lost.

And what about this love affair Pardew has with Puncheon, totally out off his depth, where is plan B, were at home and he plays one up front, we should be doing more in the first half of games, 4-4-2 is the way forward if you are going to play Benteke, I find this performance and result totally unacceptable, Pardew should seriously consider his position at the club after this fiasco.....

Sometimes it just has to be said...Serious Wally Alert

Jackson.. Wan Bissaka.... Sansom.. Nicholas.. Cannon.. Guehi.... Zaha... Thomas.. Byrne... Holton.. Rogers.. that should do it..

I'm struggling with how what happened today was Pardew's fault .He put out the best team available and if Benteke hadn't taken such a poor penalty we probably would have gone on to win it. It was just one of those days and if anything's to blame it's the stupid international break.

On the evidence of our last four pnalties it doesn't look as though anyone's actually practising this particular skill.

Think we're underestimating just how badly the conditions stopped the creative players doing their thing yesterday. It was s***ting it down out there.

I said that at the game but the response I got was ..."why ain't it affecting West Ham then?" In retrospect I think we were just $hite.

We are Palace and have to have bad days, so that we appreciate the good days all the more. sadly, I was unable to attend, but am comforted by

West Ham players not on International Duty required to train every day due to their bad run, they had to come good sooner or later.

Wet evening when match played - we have been showing passing and off ball running skills on pitches that support that activity

There is a current tradition of have a good and bad half each match - the better second half did, unfortunately, not produce a draw or a win.

We seem to always start slowly after a break. Please be of good spirit.

Ah, the old hair shirt excuse

West Ham are a classy side that have suffered several injuries to key players. Two key defenders who have been out injured returned for this game with one of them being named Man of the Match.

West Ham were bound to come good when their injury list subsided and it was just a shame that we playerd them now and not two weeks ago

If you look at his profile he says he likes winding me up, but as he never goes to games I don't care anymore, nice fella but..........
