The board would be a better place without them both, they are infantile and ruin most threads. They offer up the sort of stuff I would expect to see on a Brighton site.

That's cold Apologies for rising to the bait in such a childish manner. I'm not that bad. Honest

It was one of those days. You could sense it coming in the first few minutes. WH played well. They were set up differently and it worked. Pardew responded as soon as he could as he needed to give instructions at half time. You cannot make the changes needed from the touchline. It just didn't go our way. Stupid missed penalty. Some chances that could have gone in. Players not on their best game. It happens!

Best summary I've seen so far.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Though we played well second half and a bit unlucky not to get anything from the game. West Ham were strong, athletic and better than their league position and pinned us back well first half.

However, it's not bad luck that we've won so few home games in the last year or so.

We've four central midfield players around thirty years old who now all want to play deep and don't offer enough attacking threat or score enough goals . Hopefully Remy will help improve this but really hope we sign a good winger in January which give us the option of Townsend playing in a more central attacking midfield position.

Much as I love watching Wilf have become massively frustrated by his inability to put his foot through the ball and eagerness to fall over.

Was one of those games. Played out in awful conditions for the most part. You just knew that it wasn't going to be our day. I felt that going into the game and it seemed like the team on the pitch had the same attitude. The wallies played well as much as it pains me to say it. Their fans were loud and rowdy throughout. Couldn''t wait to get back into the bar.

Pathetic display. We let Westham become confident and grow into the game. OK, so tactically they'd pin pointed a couple of areas, but it was their commitment and high press that won it for them. It's the players who are in the most part responsible for this loss, there were a few that were simply not at the races. Pardew tried to change things but for a mixture of factors (including his choices maybe not being the best) we could not get into the game, by the end of which you could possible give Westham some credit, however the way they got into the game has to be seen as disappointing. Bad day at the office

Pretty much this.

I think most people here would have been happy with that lineup, but it showed why Cabaye needs to start ahead of Ledley. We can't play that style of football with Joe in there, he just doesn't have the touch.

Second half much better, it just didn't quite come off.

No need to get too worked up, onto the next game.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time.

Was a poor game from us, it happens. I knew the loss was on the cards when the only thing that got the crowd going was the ball boy hurrying up their cheat of a goalie. He should have been booked he always does it.

If I'm going to be uber critical I would say it was a mistake to take Macca off, as for me at the time he was one of the best performers on the park.

And if your Going to put Townsend down the middle, then bring Chungy on to capitalise on the ten men. So as per usual AP's subs were as baffling as Bentekkers choice of placement for his Pen ?

We clearly need a fit Remy, an new left back (kelly is not the answer) and whilst Joel ward tries hard, it's painfully obvious that he isn't a premiership right back, his lack of pace was exposed again and again.

We deserved at least a point, we didn't get one, we move on. Knowing us we will probably beat Liverpool and Leicester next
