Would be suprised if we didnt get a left back in the january window, unless AP thinks Ezekiel is up to the job. I think Papes' injuries will take a lot longer to get over than originally thought and i fear he may never be the same player again. Hope i am wrong for his sake but seen too many of his type of injury post rta to be completely confident.

Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

Same as always with Palace- I'd expect to see one or two come in. Probably loan deals, to plug holes/upgrade existing positions as is required halfway through the season. If we're comfortably mid table, 10 points above the drop zone though, we might see no activity.

I personally think we'd be mad to sell him. When fit and with a run of games, he showed at the end of last season he can be a potent force and he's still only 23. wouldn't want to sell him unless someone offered Bolasie money. I really don't see why Bolasie should get any money from any of our deals

SP commented that the board got a bit complacent in the January transfer window last year, so I imagine that they've held some resources back this time to spend on one or two players to improve us. Adebayor as our only signing was a real stinker in hindsight. Squad looks decent to me at the moment, with upgrades needed at full back and another winger/#10 for competition, imagine that's where we will target.
The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money. |

We were doing do well, we decided we couldn't bring players in in January that would improve the team?
