Totally agree with this. Last thing i would do is take my wife to a game. I see the way me and my pals perv at any half decent women. The language and aggression that gets shown at games is not a place for my wife or kids either but i love it.

My wife hates football and moans about the money me and my son spend on supporting Palace but she loved her first game a few years ago. As we all know the experience of a live game is totally different from watching it on the telly. It helped that we won 4 1 and that Wilf pulled out all the stops, but she loved the singing, the noise and whole experience. She even thought it was hilarious when we were singing you dirty northern b*****ds(she is a Manc!). Being quite bossy she made sure Wilf posed with our kids for a photo afterwards (Wilf looks petrified in the pic). The whole family is going to the Liverpool game and as Janet has never seen us lose in the handful of games she has been to I am hoping for 3 points!
