Returning ticket for another elsewhere?

Have just brought myself a west ham ticket but a mate has now stated he would like to come with. Is it possible to swap my e ticket for another ticket elsewhere along with grabbing another one for a friend?

Sorry but it's bought if you paid for it and brought if you brought your stuff home or brought the family over. Standards are slipping these days what with morons on itv making people believe sh1t poor English is acceptable. As for the OP, call the BO they are usually quite accommodating when helping out.

Thanks for the answers guys will give them a call now. Don't know what's worse to be honest. The fact I have accidently spelt a word wrong or the fact this guy is going round posts trying to look clever.
