Just posted something similar on the Is Stoke Live thread. My wife & I used to travel to away games in the 80's. They were great times. They included a midweek evening 0-0 draw at Sunderland. But also the famous defeat of Liverpool in the FA cup semi at Villa Park. Fantastic times but a hell of a commitment. We've moved to Wales now so can't attend home or away matches. But we salute the guys who support us home and away. Great loyalty.
