I've had the same problem. Ive spent two weeks trying to get hold of someone via phone and email. Finally I heard from Tom McGuiness on Tuesday who's the head of membership apologising saying they should of gone out together but didn't and they had left the shop to go to the mailing department to be sent out Wednesday and should be with us this week. I have nothing yet but hoping as its already missed my boys birthday, his first home game of the season and his football party is Sunday! Hope that helps.

I've tried to contact them about a week ago and not heard anything back regarding my daughters membership. I've tried emailing Tom again and copied in customer service as well. Hopefully something will arrive soon, even though the club is advertising junior memberships again on email. I thought the club may want to honour the current orders before excepting new orders!!

We received our 'standard' junior memberships for our two boys - this years 'pack' contained a scarf - Orange and blue - anyone else got these?

Kids just chucked them away.
