I have a colleague transferring out of our Chicago office to London for an extended secondment, and we have managed to steer him away from Chelsea and towards the Palace as his adopted club. He wants to get to as many games as possible while he's there.

Would membership be the best way to go? What is availability like for silver vs. gold?

Any other tips or tricks of which he needs to be aware?
