A little further update, I have to hold my hands up or it was fait but I jumped the gun a bit. Sharon lacey personally called me this morning, she explained a few issues I have, spoke very well, informed and sincere.offered to have a meeting if we wanted to, but after the conversation I was just happy to hear that someone had took my complaint into account. (Informed some of the email was mentioned in communications meeting and does get fed back to parish so more gd news)
As I previously said I don't want to knock it on the head, this conversation has gone a long way to gain my faith there are people within the club who care. Changes are coming by the sound of things,I hope this all comes off well will make things a lot better around selhurst.
Things are on the up on the pitch, and hopefully off the pitch too! See you all Sunday when we do it all again lol

Great news, INTER. Really pleased the club has recognised the problem and started communicating as it should.
Your email was top notch. One of the best I've read. I could sense your huge passion and your immense despair.
BUT I'm so relieved we won't be losing your support (and your father's). There's relatively few of us and we have to stick together. Keep the faith & COYP!

cheers Flash.

and all with kind words, and also to the few with constructive criticism, I appreciate the length of the email was quite long.

I'm glad you finally got a response. It seems your response was much better than the one I received, 'thank you, you're season ticket has now been cancelled'.

What's that, Steph? Are you saying they cancelled your season ticket because you complained?

No, I sent an email with a complaint and got no response, I advised I wanted to cancel my season ticket and received an email saying it had been cancelled.

I did get a response from Sharon but by then it was too late as I was annoyed enough.

could i ask what you felt was the problem to advise to cancel your ticket ?

after speaking to sharon i felt alot better about things? did you not ? i would say btw its not to late and if u wanted im sure things could be done to reinstate your ticket if you wanted to? appreciate there may be circumstances that mean you do not want to though.

which only rightly or wrongly reinforces the view that they don't actually care as they now have a waiting list for season tickets anyway.

Sad

Must admit, I've been 'enjoying' the day less and less when watching Palace and with the advent of Android boxes et al, I can sit at home and pretty much watch any Palace game that's on, I doubt i'll be renewing my B block ticket next season too.
