Of course I did, I did miss the first 10 minutes due to the link not working though, and what I saw was him giving the ball away about 3/4 times in a row from short passes, then started hitting it long to no-one in particular, then trying 'medium' length passes and kept giving the ball away.

As we were trying to play the ball out from defence instead of hitting it long from the Goal-kick, he then just started backing himself into corners, and either having to pass backwards, or turn quick and pass around his marker along the side-line which also started going to the opposition. He got forward a few times, and I think he put a cross in, but in no way has he got the pace to get back to defend against Prem opposition, OR has the positional nous to be able to deal with counter attacking sides.

I confess, I think he has been stealing a living off us for a couple of years now, but I don't hate him at all, in fact one of my 'besties' was playing football with him in Cape Verde just before he signed for us, and said he was a nice guy, and I was looking forward to seeing him play for us, but nice guy or not, he is quite clearly overweight and not good enough to be a Premier league squad player.

I would love to see the bits of the match where you thought he played well. I will happily re-watch these moments and re-asses my stance. Maybe I blinked for a second and missed a completed pass that wasn't backwards. Or maybe it was in the first 10 minutes that I missed where he suddenly turned into Paolo Maldini..?!
