Spurs have a thin squad and not a very good one either. Everyone around them is buying and getting stronger and they are not. No chance they're selling Son at all. Miles, you seem to not realise, that there not very good squad finished second in the Premier League.

First 11 is brilliant, even Spurs fans I know are unhappy they have signed no one as they feel they need better quality to compete with top 4 again plus champs league on top of that.. Obviously compared to us they are amazing but I was comparing with the rest of the big teams. They need players like Son with his gosls and assists. He's one of the better players at Spurs.

When you look at Tottenham's strike force last season they had Kane,Son, Janssen (Who hardly impressed) and academy products, teenagers Walker-Peters and Harrison. They had N'Jie out on Loan and I think he has now been sold. Son is a very useful player. Can play centrally, off the front man or in a wider position. Not only does he put in a good 'Shift' he is quick and can score with both feet.

True but maybe its cos they haven't got the financial backing like UTD and chelski have. Yes they have money, but do they, like Arsenal, wish to try and compete in the market, I don't think they do.

Never really hear of him. No you bloody didn't think that at all! You researched it. When I typed into Google "Joe Lewis Tottenham Owner" I found out he lives in the Bahamas too. FFS! Why not say "I just googled and found out he lives in the Bahamas" rather than trying to pretend you are the fountain of all football knowledge. Your research skills are excellent and some f the points you make are well founded - they add real depth to the discussions sometimes but don't pretend the information is in your barnet!

A stockbroker urged me to buy a stock that would triple its value every year. I told him, at my age, I don't even buy green bananas! |
