Not knocking the guy, buy why do the players we're linked with always feel like an agent has touted them to the clubs loosely ranked financially in the top 20 to 50 in Europe? Have we got any scouts who unearth these players?

Have we got any scouts who unearth these players? if you give a quick google search to each team finished in the bottom half of the table, the news section produces several players solely linked to the club you've searched for around half of ours look like development to me
