I can't believe the attendance. Sounds like they just said 78,000 but it doesn't look like it.

Optimistic as ever

Not good, we needed Wednesday to win that.
Hull kept the core of their prem team and will spend loads to make sure they do not screw up again.
Think we could have finished above Wednesday , have to look for three other teams now.

..teams that get themselves relegated next season will have an even bigger chance of success because of the money and I wouldn't worry to much if I were you.

Surviving in the Premier League has been lovely and we've done it by showing a real togetherness and plucky fighting spirit but if that's the height of our ambition I'm bored of it anyway.

Don't get me wrong, it's been fun battling for something these last 3 seasons but it's getting tiring purchasing a season ticket to watch us win 4 or 5 matches a season.

If we really don't invest in the summer and it becomes clear that the board are content with making money from us scraping by then I hope the likes of Hull finish above us so we can have a few title challenges in the Championship.

Of course I don't think this is the case and by August we'll have a team good enough to not worry that Hull are better than Sheffield Wednesday.
