Why is HOL like Southern Rail?

It may just be me but it seems to take an age to get anywhere at the moment. Tried on two computers and on two different internet services, HOL seems to be on a go-slow. And by the way, don't get me started on the sickness ploy by the Southern guards.

Thanks Becky I assumed something was going on but didn't see that thread. Guntri, now can you stop the guards on Southern going off 'sick' please.
