You can all thank me later - I lumped on them to win the playoff semi (just to jinx it) Never been happier to lose money! Not once did it even cross my mind to want them to win.

I went to bed laughing last night, would have been nice to have a rival to play but this is much funnier. It'll be interesting to see how many they get next season now, I think there'll be a few choruses of "your grounds to big for you" hahahahaha

I think there are something like 47 or 48 different teams that have ever played in the Premier League now. On the basis of there being 92 teams in the football league that's just over half (I think it might have been Bournemouth that took it past half way). Anyway, Brighton are in the now minority of clubs in the 92 that haven't. Joy. On that note, its surprisingly difficult to do them all - give this a go, you get 8 minutes to do it. I'll give you a clue, Brighton aren't one of them

I put £20 on palace to go down when they were dropping down the prem they were 23/1 at the time so would have got a sweetener to compensate the drop, happy as Larry to have lost my bet.

It makes you wonder how long Bloom can go on sustaining their losses. He's already got over £250m invested and is putting in £10m a year to keep them afloat. Just how wealthy is Mr Bloom and where does all the money come from?

Worth remembering and repeating.

He is a successful gambler and I think that there is now a chance that he'll decide to look to get his money back. Lets face it. Brighton did brilliantly this season, five defeats but still miss out on promotion to the PL on goal difference. As sickeners go, you can't get much worse. With hindsight maybe Hughton should have rested players towards the end of the season though good luck selling that one to the fans and chairman. They will probably lose a few players in the summer. If Bloom doesn't sell, he will still want to reduce his outlay.

Not bad at all, I got 40 out of 47 so less than 91% but thats math I cant do - I tried it again straight after and still only got 45! Yes, no matter how good or bad things get never forget that Brighton have NEVER been in the Premier league
