Yes. A brilliant leader in wartime to whom who we owe an enormous debt of gratitude, he brought us Victory against Nazis and fascists (wonder what he'd make of Farage) but was also a c***.
Don't give a damn what you think.

I think there is a grey area around calling for violence and promoting causes and ideologies that feed into violence. We see a problem with this in the US where rhetoric that doesn't explicitly call for violence does feed into prejudice and hate crimes. Whilst calling someone an abomnation to god, for example, isn't explictly stating violence should be pursued, it would be a stretch to say it isn't inciting violence (esp from Religious groups, given that such an affront to god is something to be 'destroyed'). Of course, it would need to be proven in a court of law that there was a direct threat, and that use of such language correlated with attacks, to a reasonable level, or malicious intent and a connection between the speaker and the perpetrator. It cannot just be explict threats of violence, veiled threats need to be considered to. We should be free to speak, but not free from the consequences of those statements. These are the imperfections of reality. I don't disagree that some positions...in fact many positions can lead to violence when taken to their edges but I'm suspicious of the motives of those that start building blocks of policy onto that.....it's shifting sand. It's not illegal to not to like groups......it's not against the law to dislike Jews or gays or Brighton supporters. There is opinion and there is action. We should be able to argue the irrationality and rationality of certain positions without fear of censor from overbearing overlords who think they know better. Gusset the patriot.....always worth a laugh that one. I'm glad I worry you. I think people with your opinions are very damaging for the country and for the welfare of my class. I almost want Corbyn to win just so that you receive the condemnation that comes with his failure. We have a whole generation that are too young to realise the lies the far left tell them about what is possible.

Also I heard that Nigel applied for German Citizenship. I'm going to repeat it even though the claim might be dubious. It's quite enjoyable adopting the tactics of how those from 'the other side ' carry on.

Edited by nickgusset (02 Jan 2018 2.32pm) You know....probably the only thing I like about you Nick is that you are a bit of a troll.....don't give us this 'adopting' tactics...you've been like this for years. You go too far sometimes and aren't the most ethical but then again most trolls aren't. You like to attack and I don't have a problem with that.....even if it's mostly a load of old cobblers.
