I-Cloud help for iOS

On my iPad I have 53 photos 1 video
On my iCloud storage I have 325 pictures and 3 videos question is
How do I access my iCloud and actually see what's stored in there ?

You should be able to go on [Link] log in with your details and click on "photos".

You can (if you're struggling with space) turn off back up of photos in Settings - iCloud Settings on your device.

If you install icloud on your PC you can view everything stored
