Cannot believe the grief I am having trying to get online and book tickets.I,m surprised they ever sell any. Anyone else having trouble?

The website seems incredibly slow / broken. I have been trying to print tickets off since about 5pm and still no joy. Not too sure what the procedure is in this instance? Can anyone offer advice?
I used to be indecisive, but now im not so sure! |

This appears to be an ongoing issue I'm afraid. of course there will be demand at the point of tickets going on sale but the infrastructure of the online system seems incapable of dealing with the volume. A number of people have complained about it, I really do hope the issue is addressed as it is currently not really fit for purpose.
