I think they'll be blocking them to the sender or the signal not receiver so no. BUT all UK broadband providers now if your using a media player and up to no good. Somehow those smart arsed can tell if your watching amazon prime paid... Or illegal newer movie via kodi. So what they do is mess with the incoming strength of signal so your movie buffers alot. So that is where the vpn comes in. It overrides that and it then becomes a smooth picture again. And of course... Also keeps your Ip secret in what ur up to.
