Dougie Freedman, v Sunderland 03/04 Season. Similar to Kasami's goal. Ball dropped over his shoulder and from about 30 yards out, on the half volley he smashed it looping over the keeper into the top corner.

that's how i remember it, anyway.

I agree with earlier poster that the Don Rodgers goal was the best,but does anyone remember the Andy Gray goal against Man City.It was our last game of the season before playing Man Utd in the FA Cup final.The score was 2-2.

Or Darren Ambrose s Free kick against Aston Villa, class. My mate said "no don't hit it from there" smack, top right hand corner, class.
Ian Wright s goal against Brighton in that game, we won 2-1 and missed three penalties, but Wrightys goal was class.
