If they do go down Ashley will hardly have their better players priced to sell. We would get better value, not to mention better morale levels buying players from the surviving teams or those coming up. That being said, I'd take a chance on a fairly priced Ronaldo Aarons. Although he's the type of player that they'd want to keep hold of in the Championship and once fit he may not be much better than Kaikai. His crossing is not as it should be but he is only young and is a work-in-progress.Also still has to improve his decision making but he always looks to take the game to the opposition with his dynamism, pace and technical ability.

None of NUFC players, all look petulant and lack fight. None have the spirit we expect from our own players. NUFC desrve everything they wished for, their loss is our Pardew gain.

Having seen Saturday's and Sunday's results, I believe that talking about reducing the Newcastle wage bill at the end of the Season is premature. Doing the same favour for Chelsea has great appeal - if Patrick Bamford shines and has opportunities of playing in the Premier League with a with which he is he has been playing, or getting to know a championship team as a new boy his possible choice will be a talking point. I feel that we should revisit this topic with 25 matches played. COYP
