If he'd rather join Chelsea and go on loan than join us a be a part of the project then I'd rather he didn't come. But seriously 33 players on loan. Wtf how on earth isn't there a cap. That's literally just mining the market and hoping to get lucky. How many players in Chelsea's recent past have come through this way. Complete joke and fringing on illegal anti competition or something....
