Then read that it is a free transfer and now gladly agree with you. Then read the bit that says "so far" and love your optimism!!!

More convinced by this than Wickham. IF he makes the step-up to Premier League we could find ourselves with a very valuable player on the books who we've signed for free. If not, we have very good cover in a position where, if we lose our first choices (Zaha, Bolasie) we might suddenly look like relegation fodder. Good bit of business. And I enjoyed the bit where he said he spoke to different clubs, but Pardew won him over. Sign of a good manager, that.

He should keep Wilf & Bolasie on their toes to perform coming in, great business on a free! All we need now is another decent Centre Back & Murray on a new 5 year contract and looking good for top 4!! Edited by Loomo (05 Aug 2015 3.46pm)

Just seen this,hell yeah what a signing and on a free. done on the quiet like the Wickham deal happy days and we have some Squad now for a centreback and our work is done.
