Sometimes I catch the overground trains from Clapham Junction to Shepherd's Bush. Generally they leave from Platform 1. Imagine my annoyance, upon narrowly missing one train, to find that the next train left from the Platform right at the other end of the Station, Platform 17. This is absolute madness.
