Hi guys,
Swansea fan in peace. I will be driving up on Sunday for the game and was wondering where the best place to park would be.
Would it be easier parking further out and getting a train or is there parking nearer the ground.

Also, which pubs are away fans friendly.

Well done since the appointment of Pardew, let's hope the Toon army get relegated on Sunday for the way they treated him

Cheers

If you get here reasonably early, park near the ground on the street. On a reasonably main road is probably wisest, not a brilliant area with an occasional car robbery but I don't think the Palace fans would give you a hard time.

One of the pubs near Norwood Junction is supposed to be for away fans I believe, someone else will post a name no doubt. Probably The Ship (there used to be a canal, hence the odd pub name) or the William Stanley but not pubs I know.

I've managed to park within a 10 minute walk for as long as I can remember.I always head towards the Park Road side of the stadium(away fans area). If you get to the ground 1.30 ish you'll have no probs as it's very residential and lots of side streets to choose from. You'll have no probs from The Palace Fans either. Good luck finding a spot Trundle but not for the game! Ollie's Dad,Ash,

There is loads of parking close to the ground if you get there early enough around the Selhurst station area.

I would suggest you go to the Thornton Heath side for food/refreshments. If you park by Selhurst walk to the ground and cut through the back of our main stand to get there.

As others have said we are friendly people and not looking for aggro.

Expect Joe Ledley to do the 'Ayatollah' if he scores!

Regards.

Thanks for all the replies, we will do as you suggest, we are hoping to arrive by around 12.30 so should be able to find a spot as you say.

You lot were amongst the best fans to visit the liberty, always vocal and adding to the overall atmosphere.

Regarding aggro, me and my brother are both in our 50's so aggro is definitely not on the radar

Thanks again and may the best team win.

Thanks for all the advice, I managed to find a space in a side street about 5 mins walk from the ground.

Great win for you lot, you could see the desire to win was there more than from our lot.

Top 10 finish, how many of you would have bet on that a few months ago?

Anyway, well done for yesterday

What was going on in your area after we scored?

What wound your lot up?

Was told by the lads at the front that there was a surge forward and the stewards went over the top and not the fighting between swans fans that was reported
