Garbutt has signed a permenant deal at Everton but still looks to be loaned out for next season. The loan to Bournemoth won't be happening as they've already sorted out their LB problem. Everton wouldn't lend him to us to play backup to Soare - which is what he would do. We have signed our first choice left back and will now develop him ourselves.
