What is wrong with some people?

I am sure that Legaleagle will write something very, very interesting about how the 'pornification of society is responsible for sexual identity trauma in men' which directly leads to people like this chap having penile surgery.

I just think he is a vain t*** and can't think why you would want to make your todger so big you can no longer have sex. Mental.
