Agree to view each other's LR entries jointly.

His entry might provide an answer.

If his entry shows that you are responsible, go back to your solicitor and insist that he completes his job and updates your entry at his expense.

Then advise your neighbour that you will resolve the issue once you have indicators on your entry.

As stated before you need to look at the deeds. There is no rule of thumb regards left or right. I live in an area with shared responsibility for fences. Suggest going 50/50 with them

I have prepared one of my own time capsules. I have placed some rather large samples of dynamite, gunpowder and nitroglycerin. My time capsule is set to go off in the year 3000. It will show them what we are really like.

You must check the deeds . Most common on newer builds is shared. Could also be left or right .

This might be of some help to sort the matter out and make things clear Albert:

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

Even if the current fence is an eyesore, if it correctly marks the boy diary and is serviceable then your neighbours are hardly in a position to insist that it is replaced. If they want to make the running then hint that you will go 50/50.

Yes, I am an agent of Satan but my duties are largely ceremonial
