As EastEnders is 30 this year the BBC have brief sporting highlights of 1985.

One I went to was the cricket.

Can't believe that misery fest has been aired for 30 years.

Or that Ron Atkinson won a trophy with Gary Bailey in nets.

The last line of each piece are amusing.

Budd was most famous for running without shoes, although few knew that a genetic quirk meant she was actually born with spikes on the soles of her feet.
