Its a pastiche of the BT sport advert. I quite liked it.I hope Brighton come up along with Bournemouth and Ipswich...there I've said it.

No, no, no. Never!! I cannot stomach the thought of that bunch of deluded numptys ever being able to say that they've been a premier league side. I hope they go down. I don't care if we never play them again. As far as I'm concerned the last time we played them was in a playoff semi final which we won! I love the fact that they think that their ground makes them a "big club" to the extent that some of their fans belittled Brentford (who beat them) - yet this "big club" languishes towards the bottom of the division - whilst Brentford are near the top. I love that they think our ground's a dump - yet it's a dump where Premier League football is played (at the moment ) because we beat them. I love the fact that they boast about their gates, obsessivly focus on ours and moan about our administration - whilst posting a large loss themselves? and I love the fact that they hypocritically moan about homophobic abuse whilst comfortably throwing racist terms out when they call us "pikeys." Horrible little club with classless fans.
Ipswich - yes, Bournemouth - yes and Brentford!

As much as I don't like them, I can't think i've laughed so hard as I have at the cringeworthy attempts of a minnow in football trying to glamourise themselves like they are a big club - they are fantastic value. That said, from an unbiased point of view, I can see what they are trying to do and why, the humour really is in their inability to introspect on how embarrassing it is to anyone outside of their small circle.

It's as embarrassing as a Jim Daly song parody

Just browsed on NSC (sad, I know) but it's fascinating. Having already suggested that a trip to the Amex was "little" Brentfords Cup Final their delusional fans have had a pop at "little" Bournemouth. They have branded Arsenal arrogant, for telling fans when tickets for the next round will be on sale - with one muppet suggesting that it's ok as they would do the same if they had drawn Gillingham or Crawley (because they're "little?" I imagine). They are now celebrating the Cantona kick - using it to brand Palace fans racist. (That would be us that's racist - the ones Brighton fans call 'pikeys' - in a strictly non- racist way, of course). That's after a couple of minutes of idle browsing.
What a truly unpleasant bunch of hypocritical tossers. I was glad when they resolved their issues and secured their future but what has emerged is not an expected reflective group of fans - able to engage and converse at an appreciative, understanding, self deprecating and humourous level because of their experiences of knowing the hand that can be dealt by football - but this group of arrogant hypocrites who think that they are a big club and who seem to have forgotten their roots. (Although the current crop of 'fans' probably have no idea what these roots are, as before the Amex was built I suspect that they were Man Utd fans,

There, I feel a bit better now.

Relegation would do this lot a power of good. (As well as being highly amusing).

Dunno who that is. Presumably a Palace thing that's just as embarrassing?

It goes all the way back to copying us in changing nicknames - its like being stalked

They see how we have been marketed with the likes of 'South London & Proud' / Crystals et al and the plaudits we have had for support and think we will have a bit of that, but true to form they succeed in embarrassing themselves by trying to force something that isn't there.

Shame

Stick to plastic clappers
