1. The noise - went to a ridiculous level at the beginning and after we scored, so proud of everyone. Haven't seen the highlights but surely even MOTD picked that up !

2. The difference belief and confidence makes - Liverpool looked world class until we scored and a shambles afterwards as their bottle went. We lacked belief until Damo speculated and then it was as if we all suddenly believed. Look at Glenn Johnson - awesome before we scored, torn a new one by Bolasie after.

3. Dwight Gayle - looked like maybe he could be a premier league striker after all. Two sublime strikes beautifully taken. Another scuffed, but a glimpse of what could be possible. One swallow does not make a summer and he'll need to find that week in week out, but showed it could yet happen - good on ya fella.

What an experience. At 3-0 I turned to my mate and said 'fvck me we could get hammered here' forgetting that Pulis had never lost at home to Liverpool and TP does not break such records...

You'll be forever in my family's memories and it was an honor and privilege to play and lead in the red and blue
Yours sincerely
Mile Jedinak

Couldn’t agree more. The noise was incredible. I work with a Spurs fan, and he can’t get over the level of noise at 3-0. The scenes were incredible – something to savour, and commit to the memory bank – one of our most memorable fight backs ever. Watching it was almost surreal. I was especially happy for Gayle. He is a hugely talented footballer, and by Parish’s own admission, he wasn’t handled very well initially. Hopefully we get the best out of him. The best part for me was that our destruction of both sides of Merseyside’s seasons is now complete!
