Left the back door ajar and a bloke with a scouse accent, a sneak thief, made a quick smash and grab. Was he wearing a hooped top, eye mask and carrying a swag bag? No, dressed in red. Then he went home to a house full, of crying kids. I now feel cheated that we allowed the scallywag to take anything at all, because five minutes later he would have been caught red-handed, returning home empty handed. But he still lives in the area, unfortunately, and we expect a visit next year, when we can expect the law of justice to right itself. I half expect to visit his place and take back what's mine and more. Of course , by then, they may be distracted by their frequent trips abroad, where, after a long sojourn, they are entitled to bother our neighbours.
