I can see us getting a warning, and a reminder of the rules, but as it seems to go on all the time, I am not even expecting a slap on the wrist.

I think Tan is at the solicitors right now making another complaint after the 20th shock defeat of their season. The nasty ref and fa rules meant they had to play in Blue at Sunderland which the whole world knows is unlucky.

Yet another "unexpected" defeat. With all these "unexpected" defeats I wonder why Tan hasn't called for the entire season's results to be scrapped and replayed, with Cardiff having a 4-goal start in every match.

Be careful everybody. VT could be employing somebody to read the website on a daily basis to see if anybody is saying anything slanderous about him or his Red Dragons. Possibility of more points being given to The Red Dragons from those Nasty Eagles to help them stay up!

I suspect there won't be a decision till the season is finished, as happened over Tevez/WestHam, if my memory is correct.

Let him and his minions read us. Over here, its something called "fair comment about a public person." At any rate, he still has to defend against that unlawful dismissal lawsuit Moody has filed against him. Wouldn't be surprised if this is his idea of a quid pro quo. Providing he has a quid to quo pro with.

They'd still lose...

We'll they docked three points from AFC Wimbledon today for fielding an ineligible player.

Same punishment as we received for fielding Rui Fonte,
like us they've been deducted the points gained in the match he played, their 4-3 win over Cheltenham.

The Football Disciplinary Commission are appointed by THE FA not the League, and their decisions are binding on THE FA and the Leagues.

That's the FA (or Football League), not the Premiership who have dibs over the...umm...Premiership. They let Sunderland off this year for the same thing and, more infamously, let West Ham off for running out Tevez and having him single-handedly keep them up at the expense of Sheffield Utd.

The Prem has only ever docked points from Portsmouth, for going into administration, which is written in stone in the rules.

They also docked points from Middlesbrough in 96/97 for not fulfilling a fixture

He does have a reputation, so I'll choose my words carefully:

You telly Tanny, to go f**k himself!

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

My thoughts exactly. They'll wait till its over, we're more than 3pts safe and Cardiff are more than 3pts adrift. They'll then spinelessly be able to dock us 3pts and give them to Cardiff knowing it ultimately wont change a thing.
