Nice and simple and will only take more than three minutes if you're being very constructive with your end feedback at the end of the form (We encourage you to do so, you're the ones that listen to us!) In a few weeks time, probably during our end of season show, we'll pick one of you as a winner of a 14/15 shirt (so make sure your contact details are correct). Only I will be able to see responses so be as nasty as you like about the presenting team :-) Thank you for taking the time to partake in our survey and it will inevitably shape how we do the show again in August.

Thank you for entries so far. To be eligible for the shirt we will check the entrant information. So if for example you have chosen Jel in your favourite three presenters and then Jel again in your least favourite, your entrance will be disqualified. If you can't be bothered to send us useful information, we can't be bothered to send you a shirt and will move on to the next random entrant. Saying that, most of you have done well not to be lazy, so far :-)
