I wouldn't be too quick to clear out Gabbidon, he is the next best central defender after Dann and Delaney and is good cover.

I would be tempted to try and get rid of McCarthy first and get in some young blood for our centre of defence. Marriappa is also in contention for a spot if Ward returns to right back and we get a decent left back as Parr is not quite good enough I feel, although better than Moxey.

Midfield is okay, if Zaha becomes available we should get him back.

We defo need better strikers. Jerome's goal tally is not good and Murray needs more time. Gayle not ready yet. Chamakh is okay.

Totally agree with you there. Harry Maguire of Sheffield United wouldn't be a bad buy, somebody young and he will learn from one of the best defences in the Premier League! Would be a hard opportunity for him to turn down.

Sell: McCarthy, Bannan, Moxey, Kebe, Thomas, Dobbie, Garvan, Wilbraham, Campana, (Not renew Jerome's loan)

Loan: O'Keefe, Gayle, Jonny Williams, Hunt

New Contracts: Chamakh, KG, Speroni, (Sign Ince Permanently)

Think we should keep Guedioura, think he is capable but hasn't been given a chance yet. Gabbidon needed for cover, same goes for Parr and Murray.

I think we need a new LB (Cresswell form Ipswich?), another defender (Young one), another winger (2 if we don't sign Ince), another striker and possibly another midfielder (Sidwell?)

Unless the current squad have peaked, there's no reason to suspect TP will not keep what he knows works. He's put lots of work into making this lot play coherently together. If he doesn't think its broke why would he want to fix his 1st 11 and back-up players? Expect him to take offers for any replaceable player though. Moxey, Parr, Murray, O'Keef and all those on loan or we never see, may well be out of the door. Sigh of regret for Price, Joniesta and Bannan, but bye, bye.

It's not about fixing it it's about improving on what you have got. Even the team that finishes top of the league will look to improve and if you don't you get left behind, which would mean relegation in our position.

This is sensible.

I think Jerome has done a great job for us and suits our counter attacking style of play. If we are to replace him, we need a player that has the ability to bring others into player, hold up the ball, has strength etc.

Can anyone honestly see Murray being a strong contender for next season? If we can, it would be great to buy a striker with class ie someone like W.Bony at Swansea.

Either way, basically keep the squad that have learnt to win under Pulis, check the rest out, and get 3 great players in. no more deadwood this time!

If we can, it would be great to buy a striker with class ie someone like W.Bony at Swansea, but the point is, if we can't get a striker that is proven at this level, then I don't see the point in making changes. We need to spend big on a striker if we are to get someone good in.

Personally, I think Campana could bring something to the squad. Either way, I think if A) we want to stay in the premier league next season, and B) We want to finish comfortable mid-table or even higher, we need to bring in a midfielder that can provide what Jedi can't: technical ability. Free kicks. Shooting. Passing. Of course Jedi is one of our key players, possible the key player, but I believe we could do with another midfielder that could bring some more quality with regards to distrubution, free kicks and shooting.

Either way, basically keep the squad that have learnt to win under Pulis, check the rest out, and get 3 great players in. One central Mid (box to box kind of player) one striker, and a left back. no more deadwood this time!
