Dowie gave us some good times which must not be forgotten, dont forget he was 15 mins away from a second season in the prem. However, hands down its TP, he basically has had 24 (or whatever it is) games and has kept us up with what I would say is arguably one of, if not the weakest squad in the league (maybe bar Cardiff).

Another question, does what TP has done highlight how bad a mangager Holloway is?

Bear in mind that last night's starting team v Everton contained only two of the last transfer window signings - Dann and Ledley. So TP was largely working with the team he inherited. Shows either that he is a miracle worker, or the summer signings were quite good after all. Perhaps both.

No doubt Pulis is a miracle worker and dont't get carried away by the summer signings!.

Yes, as I've mentioned in another thread, Mr Holloway had to get 16 players in just to find 4 or 5 that have really made a contribution.

Both have had an incredible impact in their first season with us but who achievement is the best? I personally think TP purely because of the quality of the opposition but Dowie's was pretty spectacular too.

The rumour is TP is wanting to move north to be closer to home. I s'pose Charlton is north of Selhurst
