Oh dear. I fear the "Nigels" moniker is set to run and run if Millwall ever find out about this fella...

I see this kind of stuff on here far too often. "What would Millwall say", "Wouldn't get that at Millwall", "Millwall will call us Nigels" and so on.

Nobody has yet given me one good reason why the hell we should give a tuppenny turd what f*cking Millwall think of us. Seriously, please tell me why I should care in the slightest what a bunch of knuckle-dragging f*cktards from Bermondsey think of me or any other Palace fan.

Please. Tell me now why I should care.

You don't have to but not all Palace fans enjoy being thought of as a bunch of nerds.

Why? What does it matter what other people think of you? Why can't you just be proud to be Palace and f*ck off to anyone who doesn't like it?

Be proud of who you are and don't give a toss what anyone thinks that's my advice, otherwise you'll spend your life worrying what people think of you instead of actually living it.

Yep ok Seth, we've got your idea of having a Nigel Pride parade, where we all wear our nerdiest clothes and shout "we're here, we're geeks, get used to it".

or, and this is just my idea, we could all try and avoid looking like geeks.

I hate to say it...

But I was expecting something a bit more impressive from a 'professional' Lego-man. Are people going to pay money for this stuff? Even the real Selhurst Park is more impressive.

Agree with this. He wants £299 for that! Tough one, new TV or a small Lego model of SP?

Maybe he could market it over 104 weeks, with a magazine to
accompany it.

I've often thought I'm missing a Lego model of Selhurst in my house.

That said it looks about as solid as the real Selhurst too.

The trouble with computers, of course, is that they're very sophisticated idiots

I too found it amusing that he got a government start up loan, and he does look a bit of a special case, but f**k me some of the comments here are embarrassing. Just because someone doesn't have a button down Ben Sherman and spit Stella out the corner of their mouth while reciting anecdotes about some girl that once touched their c*ck then you're embarrassed? Trust me, you have a very shallow life if you don't do things you enjoy for fear you'll look like a "geek" or a "nerd." Or you're 13, in which case you're the same as 90% of all other awkward teenage boys.

Football fans by their nature are obsessive and spend hours talking to anybody and everybody about their club even when said person doesn't want to listen. They obsess over every tiny detail right down to what their club's fans do for hobbies. They wear special outfits (replica shirts). They go to special events. They pack into plastic seats where they sing songs adding new words to old classics.

If you follow your football club religiously you are essentially the same as the bloke who goes down the Games Workshop. If that bothers you then get a four pack of special brew in and knock one out to Trisha "like a real man".
