Will big clubs poach our talent ?

only worry would be Pulis being poached.
With regard to the players I believe he has brainwashed them into a system which has made them a very efficient unit and sure he could bring in suitable replacements to cover every position once the intensive mind set training has been completed.

Ward seems to be different from many footballers. For a start, he is a God-fearing man, who writes a Biblical reference on his wrist band before each game. Perhaps this means he is less greedy and superficial than some?

who is going to poach Pulis? Say Cardiff manage to stay up by a point, or Norwich. Is he going to want to join them from saving us and beginning to build some security here at Smelhurst ??

doesnt have to be an english side but maybe abroad
