We all know that it's a minimum of 3 minutes, so the ref has the right to play more.

The whole team apart from Speroni should be in tomorrow for extra shooting practice. Only got themselves to blame Edited by movingforward (22 Mar 2014 6.13pm)

We all know that it's a minimum of 3 minutes, so the ref has the right to play more. Will we ever have the clock like at Rugby League. It is stopped every time the ref stops play (and he can indicate it to be stopped when he feels there is time wasting). And once 90 minutes is up that's the end of the game.

I know it's a radical suggestion, but the off field time keeper is the best solution. You only get 30 minutes per half of the ball in play, maximum. So change football to 30 minutes each way, but that 30 minutes of the ball in play. No one is short changed, we are getting exactly what we get anyway and then players won't be able to waste time and piss about, because the clock won't restart until the ball is back in play.

Pulis once again looking to deflect criticism away from the players. Prefer if he just said 'that's the way it goes' to be honest. Still, its a tough one to swallow and managers have little time to reflect before they have a mic shoved in their face.

Tony Pulis felt he had a double cause for complaint as the match ticked into a dramatic added time finale – a disallowed free-kick when Mike Williamson appeared to handle the ball and the Cisse header which was timed beyond the extra three minutes allocated by Lee Probert.

funny how refs tend to favour home teams.. grinding out narrow away wins by parking the bus and hoping for a lucky break is a lot harder than grinding out narrow home wins and we don't have any home games left against fellow strugglers - which is one reason why although TP's Plan A has got us into this position we now need to change mentality and starting eleven to score goals if we don't score goals we are going to be relegated..and relegated in such a rubbish and uninspiring way just to make it much much worse
