It seems everytime we play Newcastle some stat gets dragged up, if we're at home its how they haven't won in London in the last 30 visits or something, and everytime they beat us. Please don't report stats like they don't score if remy isn't playing, that way i won't start believing we're going to win and be very disappointed starday evening.

Newcastle are historically one of our biggest bogey teams. So let's get real here. Any result on Saturday is a MASSIVE result for Palace.

A big plus that Remy plus a couple of other first teamers not playing, but they this Ben Arfa or something. Will be happy if we nick our third away draw in a row. Seems like the Pulis gameplan is better suited away as we are supposed to attack at Selhurst..

They have failed to score in any Premier League game this season that Loic Remy has not played in.Lets hope this continues Saturday.
Don't bank on it..... Paddy made the bench ahead of Gabbidon last week didn't he?

No reason why it should mean anything and yet I think we'd all agree it seems to. This one has 0-0 written all over it. No way we're losing 4-0 to anyone, let alone a team whose best player left, best striker is out, manager is banned and have little to play for. Maybe we'll win 4-0 ! Probably not though.

They made us look very poor, during a good spell for Pulis at Selhurst, and a very good a breaking down defensive orientated teams. That said, they had a terrible result against Fulham (a game they really should have comfortably won). They're safe, not much to play for, season is just about over for them, and their boss is on a ban. So we need to get tight, get stuck in and play hard, and they might just capitulate a bit, rather than risk injuries etc.

Expect nothing whatsoever from this. Should we get something it wil be a huge, huge bonus.
