West Brom are currently IMO our only threat to survival. They have a decent enough Squad to rally come the last few games. In a nutshell we have to get more points from our remaining games than Naaaariich and West Brom, If we do we stay up, Fool ham and Cardivs are gone. Looking at Norwich they look increasingly bad under Houghton, please let him stay, if they sack him now it could turn their season around and we don't want that. Sunderland IMO are on the up and will pull clear of the dog fight. The thing is this league is mental this year only 10 points seperating drop dead last to tenth in the table. It really will go to the wire and technically any team from West Ham down could get sucked into a relagation scrap. Taking that into account, it's going to be a close run thing. However my gut tells me Pulis is the man that will make the difference more than the players on the pitch.

I agree with Alexi, it'll either be us totally collapsing and failing to get more than 34 points, or them. Currently two games in hand, means they potentially are a wild card. We need to win four games from our remaining 11 (or get a point on average from each). I wouldn't write off Fulham, last time I did, they pulled of one of the greatest escapes in football history.

I hope it's the case, but don't like this talk of Cardiff and Fulham already gone. 2 wins from one of them, and 2 defeats from us, and we swap positions.

I still think any of the teams still in the mix could put together a run of results and finish above us.. however I don't think 3 will. Unless we continually miss out in our key games. If this were to happen I would suspect West Brom to be just above us, with Cardiff and Fulham going down also.

Cardiff, and Fulham, are gone, we are the only side with a point per game ratio from 15th down except Norwich, but their goal difference is 4 worse than ours, and if it stays that way we will be safe. But if it's anyone it'll be Sunderland that will relegate us. The same was said about West Ham a few weeks ago. This season 2 or 3 wins on the bounce changes things massively. West Brom have turmoil within and lacking fight, Norwich have hardest run in and are not very good. Sunderland could get distracted by FA Cup and will have to play a few games together to catch up. Cardiff have a chance as they play a lot of the teams around them.I think we will be ok, but we wont know this until the enevitable last game at Fulham. I agree. We have a 1:4 chance of staying up. I would have taken that at the start of the season as I thought we had a 100% chance of going down. To be where we are now is fantastic after our awful start under Holloway. 4 more wins needed. Lets start with Southampton on Saturday. Then beat Cardiff, Sunderland and Fulham. A bonus draw or a win against Aston Villa and job done!
