After reading that you would have thought Man U had already been relegated. Miserable f......'s who haven't a clue on how to support their side.

I hope they are right and only one of Rooney or RVP plays. I forgot Mata is cup-tied for CL so he'll definitely play.

The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years

I don’t know. They just sound like normal football fans, expecting the worst. But to read such a lack of arrogance on a Man UTD forum is unbelievable!

An interesting read. It seems that I'm more confident of them winning than they are!

Even though Moan U are having a mare of a season, a win against them would still feel pretty special.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

I loved this line:
Think Palace will probably take the win. 1-0. Set piece. Hideous away fixture now under Pulis.

Great to see how we have improved and how teams don't want to come to Selhurst!!!

So beginning of the season wouldn't we have this down as zero points. What now? Although I still expect us to lose this one, I feel a draw or even a win is just as likely now.

A really tough one to call now. Two different teams, one packed with individual talent and skill that is on the slide. The other on the up and getting by through hard work and determination. 1-1 will do me.

But look at the names they are referencing. World class players all. On paper they should hammer us.

The Fulham result was a false guide as Rene had a lot of inside knowledge. Our home form under Pulis is equally skewed as victories [some very narrow] were all against bottom half teams. We have only had one game against a middling top half team... and we were well beaten.

Then again, we continue to improve, the slow gelling process that began in August has probably finished, we have 3 new very good outfield players, our treatment room is completely empty [really!], we have one of the best coaching teams, the player spirit is such that they did not need a week in Dubai, we are at home and we have the best support in the land.

Er... I dunno how to call this one.

Massive pressure on them to get a result. Failure to do so after their jolly up in Dubai will not look good. And little or no pressure on us at home. If we can keep them out early doors and frustrate them, we may well hit them on the break and get something. Must not concede early.

Personally I found it hilarious especially the bit about what have they done to this wonderful club. They have the better players but the sum of the parts in our case is greater and hopefully enough for at least a draw. Any ref that saw the Young dive after fouling KG OUTSIDE of the area will think twice about awarding them a 50-50 (I hope).
Maybe they will be there for the taking especially at the start of each half and our 7 man defence will do the rest. I still think it will be a battle for us but as that famous Peckhamite once said "who dares.."

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

I suspect Mr Young might be getting some serious earache should he be playing on Saturday. A bit like the grief Shane Long received when he played for West Brom and "fell over" in our penalty area.
